Kenapa PAS masih gagal mendominasi poltitik negara??

How should I start this topic?? I am not a political expert. I am not a members of either PAS or Be End also. But the way PAS members at grass roots levels managing their PRU 12 success for me are very disappointing..

PAS is a political party with more than 50 years experience in Malaysian politics. They had list of great leaders from Dr Burhanuddin Helmy to TG Dato' Nik Aziz Nik Mat, TG Haji Abdul Hadi Awang, Ust Ahmad Awang, Dr Harun Din etc (lots of Malaysian great Ulama' is in their list).. It is their top leaders but what happen to grass roots level?? Hampeh...

At grass roots level I can say, PAS members failed to adopt the spirit of their great leaders. Stupid PAS members are everywhere.. And I am writing through my experience in my lovely kampung.. This list of incident and you judge it your self...

Incident 1:BERASA LEBIH PANDAI DARI ORG LAIN
In 1999, after Anwar Ibrahim been sacked from government position of DPM. Lots of malays switching parties from PEKEMBAR to either PAS or Keadilan. My dad and brother after long retirement from Malaysian political scene (My dad was exco of PEKEMBAR youth wing in Selayang before he decide to quit in 1983 after received a thread from unknown personnel) joined PAS at grass roots level. His intention was to offer his knowledge and tactical strategies to help PAS in 1999 PRU. He had no intention to led that kg branch.. He was also not expecting any red carpet welcome party also. But do you know what this so called PAS grass roots leaders said to him?? "Jgn tunjuk pandai kat sini lah..." And when my brother try to cooled them down, and expecting they try to listened to my father (my dad use to be among Selayang PEKEMBAR Youth Pilihanraya Strategies), they said, "Kau dgn Bapak kau sama jer..." So you my friends and readers tell me, is that the way you should threat the people who offering you a hand?? Plus, my dad is their guru.. Who taught them how to recite Quran in correct way, preach them every week on Islamic Tauhid and TAsawwuf, led them in mosque, led their pray every days and so on...

Incident 2: Tak Sedar Diri
In early 2000, PAS enjoyed a great support from most malays including in my kampung... So, this so called PAS sponsored team take over my kg mosque management from my father.. OK.. it was volunteered job anyway.. Still, as man who his heart were love to be in mosque, he went for daily pray.. to his shock when his ex-student (who never finished his lessons and had no intention to learn the right way to recite Quran) stop him from leading the pray.. this guys led the pray which finally made my father mufarraqah from the jamaah because as man with knowledge, he knows this guys recited Quran words with lots of mistakes... same as above incident, this man refused to be corrected and in very Kurang Hajar words... I wonder, is this what PAS leaders taught their people with.. I know it is not, but do this grass roots want to improved?? the answer is NO... They are too proud to be told their mistakes..

Incident 3: KURANG AJAR
Last few week, my father had his fortnightly class in mosque as usual.. This PAS groups of mosque officials in very rude manners try obstruct my father to had his class just because they had brought their preacher to the mosque. When my dad refuse to stop his class, they shout "BIADAP BETUL" in the mosque.. This person was my dad ex-student (if my dad still want to list this BIADAP person as his student).. So, you could tell who was BIADAP, KURANG AJAR nad RUDE people now... At one time, when you couldn't read al Quran, my dad taught you how to read.. I remember when I was a little boy, this person came over to our house to learn.. We even prepare a drink and tidbits for them.. And they came to learn for free.. When you know how to read (still lots of mistake), you be this KURANG AJAR just because you are PAS Sponsored personnel and my dad is person who refuse to be tied to any political view..

Compared this to what PEKEMBAR ADUN had done.. This person won 2004 PRU in Be End tickets. And in collapse of Be End empire in Selangor in PRu 2008, this person is among the survivors.. My dad was mosque official at that time. This person were never ordered any political base preacher came and disturb any mosque activities. He personally came to all kg leader and listened to them. He even sits in my dad class even not for every class. But that was how he show his respect. Did any PAS grass roots leader ever do that?? Not in my kampung.. Outside I donno.. This is why in some place, especially where there is lots of old folks in the kampung, PAS failed to won the votes.. Not to say the ADUN la, the kampung leaders also threat my father with more respects even when they been "bantai" by my dad.. Because my dad, as a person who had the ilmu, he will bantai who ever live their life not according to Islamic way.. Dia memegang amanah ALLAH utk mengingatkan manusia on that... Had PAS grass roots understand that principle?? no because lots of them are idiot...

Sayang seribu kali sayang.. PAS leaders at National Level are all the Great Leaders. I Give my respect to them.. But at grass roots level, mereka membusukkan dan merosakkan nama baik pimpinan PAS... Diorang dok kata PEKEMBAR menguasai masjid dan menghalang ilmu utk menjengah masjid tapi bila mereka sendiri menguasai masjid, masjid menjadi gelanggang politik mereka mencari nama, mencari duit tambahan dan berlagak sombong... Mereka tak ikhlas berkhidmat utk kebaikan ummat... So you tell me, how PAS can handle this arrogant personnel if PAS ruled MALAYSIA??? Baru ruled Selangor, this PAS personnel had show their true colors...

I remember my dad ask me this question:ALLAH dah uji PAS dgn kekalahn demi kekalahan, and they handle it well... But Can They do Well when ALLAH uji mereka dgn sedikit kemenangan di Dunia???? For me they had failed the test...

To ALL PAS LEADERS: BEFORE WE CAN DREAM OF NATIONAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, PLEASE TARBIYYAH YOUR GRASS ROOTS TO RESPECT PEOPLE. IF THEY FAILED TO DO THAT, CITA2 KITA UTK MEMARTABATKAN ISLAM AKAN DIMUSNAHKAN OLEH ORG2 PAS SENDIRI...

Find A Job.. Malaysian Reality....

Why a malay graduate find it hard to get a job in Malaysia?? Posted below are the one of the answer:




Why in Malaysia? Why while we promoting the value of 1 Malaysia, the applicant's race still a very much important thing criteria to be considered? This was the obvious one. Below are the not so obvious one but from the words we know who this company would consider for the hiring :

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Preferred skill(s): Tender, management.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.


What if this advertising state: Bumiputra or Malays Only?? These people would very much "bising" in newspaper and said we Malays are racist... I remember last few years (during Dr M regime if I not mistaken)when this people go and bising in newspapers and even parliament and ask malay company to stop this racist policies kononnyer... And if I not mistaken, there even a clause or two in Malaysian Employment Act mentioning not to do this.. If there is an act, why racist company like above were not considered for legal action?? Tak paham.. betul betul tak paham...
Their reasons for not hiring a malay or indian is, most of our customers are chinese.. bulih pakai ka itu reason?? what? Chinese cannot deal with malays aaa??? The truth is Chinese in anyway will help the chinese.. but sometimes, we malays refuse to help our own kind... there is a case, malay boss hiring 2 people.. although the malay have better educational background, more experience and better knowledge he still being paid lower than this chinese bcoz this chinese is better ass kisser.. this true story happen in my company... still this ass kisser labeled as the department driver, who drives the department forward... and all he do is ass kissing, "yes boss"ings, "you r right boss"ing, moncoi and act as a spy...
